Hi, I’m Genna Davis.
I help individuals navigate difficult experiences with clarity, confidence, and practical tools. Whether you’re experiencing crippling anxiety, stepping into parenthood, changing careers, setting boundaries, or simply feeling exhausted, I provide a supportive space utilizing evidence-based approaches to help you move forward with insight, intention and resilience. With over 8 years working in the mental health field in a variety of settings, I aim to combine a clinical approach with person-centered interventions. “One size fits all” isn’t applicable here.
My Approach
I've always had a passion for helping others in whatever ways helping "looked like." I've worked in community mental health, outpatient, and private settings. As a new parent, I find the value of time and space; both being intentionally present while also being active. My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, person centered, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. I believe therapy should be both insightful and actionable by giving you space to reflect and tools to apply in real time. We process and we work.
